Fluent in English, Spanish, and Dutch, Vernon's multicultural abilities have greatly enhanced his capability to manage diverse teams and projects across global landscapes — from the US and UK to Thailand, Mexico, France, Chile, and Panama.

Proven track record scaling multi-million-dollar prototypes into full production programs, with direct experience transitioning organizations from R&D and engineering development into sustained manufacturing at Kratos Defense and Luminar through process optimization and Advanced Product Quality methodologies.
Recognized for designing purpose-built enterprise solutions that bridge business strategy with scalable architecture, with deep expertise in ERP/CRM deployments, workflow automation, and data-driven platforms aligned to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards, consistently delivering measurable gains in quality, efficiency, and throughput.
Paola V. Prince
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Paola Prince is an experienced public relations and business development professional with a strong background in relationship building, sales, entrepreneurship, and international business. As former Public Relations lead for an AI technology company, she represented the organization at business and technology events across the United States, Dubai, El Salvador, and Colombia, developing relationships with customers, investors, and strategic partners.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Paola brings Prince Tech Advisors strong interpersonal, cross-cultural, and communication skills to support client engagement, public relations, and business development.
From establishing Low-Rate Initial Production at a contract manufacturer in Mexico, to commissioning custom automation equipment for full-rate automotive-grade manufacturing, these engagements represent the full range of industrial scale-up: process qualification, capital equipment development, cross-border team execution, and delivery to OEM standards.
